As our customer you receive high quality drinking water directly from the tap, and can be sure that we treat and purify the wastewater to ensure that the aquatic environment is protected.
We also recycle the waste products into useful new resources in the society.
Low fees
Our fees are among the lowest in Sweden. What you pay is used to produce drinking water, maintain the water and sewage network and treat the wastewater from buildings and storm water on the roads. The size of the fee depends on what type of real estate you have, how much water you use and what capacity you have access to.
Different fees
The fee consists of both fixed and variable charges. The fixed charge is what you pay for the service and capacity you have access to, and contains a basic charge, a usage charge and a storm water charge.
The variable charge is calculated according to the amount of tap water you use, and covers the costs of the production of drinking water and the treatment of wastewater.
